concept :- for writing formula of a compound; oxidation state (for valency) of cation is written as the subscript of anion and valency of anion is written as subscript of cation.like valency of chloride (Cl-) is -1, Sulphate (SO4^2-) is -2 and O^2- is -2 .and valencies of metal are given in bracket.
(a) Hg(II)Cl2
(b) Ni(II)SO4
(c)Sn(IV)O2
(d)Th2(I)SO4
(e)Fe(III)2(SO4)3
(f)Cr2(III)O3
(a) Hg(II)Cl2
(b) Ni(II)SO4
(c)Sn(IV)O2
(d)Th2(I)SO4
(e)Fe(III)2(SO4)3
(f)Cr2(III)O3
