= {(1)² +(i)² -2(1)(i)}²

use, (a - b)² = a² + b² + 2ab ]

={1 -1 -2i}² [ use, i² = -1
= {-2i}²
=(-2)²(i)²
= -4
Hence, -4 + 0.i is the answer.
