ANSWER :

The Japanese Constitution was supervised and framed under the guidance of American General Mc Arthur. Japanese constitution is forcibly imposed on Japanese this constitution does not represent any  ideas and views of the citizens of the country.

In India the constitution was framed by the constituent assembly.Almost all the leaders like Dr Rajendra Prasad, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Dr. Ambedkar, Sardar Patel, Maulana Azad was the members of the constituent assembly. They all are the respected citizens of India. In framing the Indian constitution the British government had no role.
