Dielectric constant is another name of relative permittivity.

K=ϵr=34

It is related to electric susceptibility by,

Ψe=ϵr−1

or, Ψe=31

Answer: less than K

Explanation:

Electrical  susceptibility is generally defined as a static fluctuation (which may be a matrix); these are related to Electric Field E in dielectric polarization density P. Dielectric susceptibility, also known as dielectric susceptibility, is considered a dimensionless proportionality constant to indicate the polarization rate of a dielectric object, this is due to the field of electricity used .  Electrical susceptibility  are directly related to the classification of objects. Electrical  susceptibility is considered to be a quantitative measure in terms of the degree to which the electric field embedded in the dielectric constant causes decay.  When this condition occurs, there is a slight shift in direct and indirect costs within the instrument. Many dielectric objects have similar properties, such as polarization P is directly proportional to the electrical energy of E; this structure is common to all dielectric objects.  Therefore, the ratio of P and E (P / E) is considered static. This always reveals the inner value of the object.

Dielectric constant K = Relative permittivity  (ϵr)

Electric susceptibility (Ψe)

we have the formula

electric susceptibility = Relative permittivity - 1

Ψe = ϵr - 1

When any positive number is subtracted from a a given number then the resultant number is always less than the given number.

Hence  Relative permittivity is greater than electric susceptibility

or we can say that

Dielectric constant K  is greater than electric susceptibility

or we can say that The susceptibility of dielectric medium of dielectric constant K is is less than K.
