Solution :
If diagonals of quadrilaterals is equal then the quarilteral is a parallelogram.
so, 3b - 4 + 2a = 5b - 4 + 3b + 6
=> 2a - 4 = 5b + 2
=> 2a = 5b + 6
=> a = (5b+ 6)/2

diagonals of ||gm is equal .
so,
(5b-4)+(3b+6) = 2a + 3b-4
=> 8b+2 = 2a + 3b-4
=> 5b+6 = 2a
=> 5b+6/2 = a
