Answers are given below.

Explanation:

  • The fountain pen is the jack of inkpot.
  • Yes, the ink is like a naughty child. It dances on the piece of paper and does silly acts by hiding and appearing on the nose of the pen.
  • When the paper surface is wet it absorbs too much ink, it keeps coming out and never stops. The fountain of the pen is always loaded with extra ink.
  • Sometimes the ink slips down from the pen and makes a blot instead of a dot.
  • In order to write a T, the ink spreads and looks like a black sea on the paper.

As per the poem, Jack of the inkpot sounds as 'an ink drop'.

I wonder how it is a fountain pen when the 2nd line says 'I hide in your pen'.

If anyone is sure about the answer, please confirm.
