the question is to factorise the equation. 16x^2-24x=0 (divide whole equation by 8)
the equation will be x^2-3x +0=0
therefore, we have to find 2 numbers such that if multiplied the product is 0 & if added,the sum is -3.
hence the numbers are 0 & -3 so we have to spilt 3x into 0x &-3x
therefore,x^2-3x+0x+0=0
              x(x-3)-0(x-3)=0
            (x-3)(x-0)=0
hence,x=3  or  x=0
