Answer:
Sum of x² + 2x + 2 and xy² + 3
= x² + 2x + xy² + 5 ——————Eq. (1)
Sum of 2x² + 5x - 1 and y² + x²y - 3
= 2x² + y² + x²y + 5x - 4 ——————Eq. (2)
Now, Subtract Eq.(1) from Eq.(2)
Eq.(2) - Eq.(1)
→ (2x² + y² + x²y + 5x - 4) - ( x² + 2x + xy² + 5)
→ 2x² + y² + x²y + 5x - 4 - x² - 2x - xy² - 5
→ x² + 3x + y² + x²y - xy² - 9
→ x² + x²y + y² - xy² + 3x - 9
→ x²(1 + y) + y² ( 1 - x) + 3x - 9
