inside the hall maintains Thermal Comfort (between 20-27°C dry bulb and maximum absolute humidity of
w=10g/kg at the outlet/supplyside of air cooling device). Assume hot and dry air conditions of peak summer
month of islamabad (36°C and RH = 35%) as ambient design day conditions. Assume a flow rate of your
choice for the cooler
Constraints for the design:
Ensure that the cooler conforms to the following design contraints of the NREL (DOE):
a. Supplyside air temperature < 70°F
b. Water conumption during evaporation 2.5 gal (ton hr)
