volume occupied by the sphere's in the cylindrical  beaker = pi* r * r* h
radius of beaker = 9 cm
height of water level that has risen = 40 cm

thus volume of all the balls= (22*9*9*40)/7
                                            = 10182.85 cm^3

volume of each ball = (4*pi*r*r)/3
radius of sphere = 3 cm
volume of sphere= 264 cm^3

number of balls = volume of all balls/volume of each ball
                           = 10182.85/264

no of balls 38.57 i guess this is right

dhruvsh1: great answer thanks
