Your answer:

A) As Ray is Passing through Glass slab it will undergo refraction and Will come out of slab as emergent ray which is parallel to incident ray

B) When angle of incidence is normal to glass slab there will be no refraction thus no bending will be occuring so ray will pass undeviated

C) Same case as in A

D) As ray is moving from Denser to rarer medium it will bend away from the normal

. Also if angle of incidence is given 90° then in Special case Total internal Reflection will occur.
