The person was Mr .chaudhary he was a very big fan of sachin ( he came cycling from up his native place to Mumbai just to meet him) seeing such a love for him .....he gave him permissions to come to every match without being charged for a ticket...so that' s the reason he come coloured in our national flag with no.10 written on him which u remember is sachin's jersey no.
