But he was not worried and gave advertisement in TV, newspaper and social media & gave 30% discount in Hotel fare. Besides, he started to give complementary breakfast to the customers. As a result, his Hotel became crowed and increasing profit. He distributes 5% revenue with his staffs. His business is proceeding day by day. Based on this case study, which characteristics made him & influence him to be a successful entrepreneur. Explain it.​
