When we will bring two objects of different - different temperature always energy will be transferred hotter to cooler.

Also heat will flow from hot milk tumbler to tub of cold water.

Explanation :-

Heat always flows from a body at a higher temperature to a body of lower temperature. So, the glass tumbler containing hot milk which is placed in a tub containing cold water will transfer the heat from hot to cold, and the transfer of heat will continue till the two objects attain the same temperature and then maintain a constant temperature.
