here as given sum of two digit of a number is 9 then ,

let first digit be x then the second digit will be 9-x

so, the number will be

= (x)× 10 + (9-x)

= 10x + 9 -x

= 9x +9

so, the number after interchanging the number will be ,

= (9-x) ×10+x

= 90-10x +x

= 90-9x

therefore as per the question

90- 9x -27= 9x +9

= 90-27-9=9x+9x

= 90- 36= 18x

= 54= 18x

= x = 3

therefore the number will be ,

9×3+ 9

= 27+9

= 36

and the number we get by interchanging it is

= 63
