Ammonium sulfate i.e. (NH4)2SO4 dissociates as:

(NH4)2SO4 -------> 2NH4+ + SO42-

For 1 mole of (NH4)2SO4, 2 moles of NH4+ are formed.

Given,  NH4+ = 3.01 x 1022 ions

Number of moles of NH4+ =  3.01 x 1022 ions/ 6.02 x 1023 ions = 0.05 moles

Number of moles of (NH4)2SO4 = 0.05/2 = 0.025 moles

Volume of solution = 300 mL = 0.3 L

Molar concentration of (NH4)2SO4 = 0.025/0.3 = 0.0833 M
