question: what would happen if moon didn't attain a high velocity would it fall on the Earth or remain stable somewhere in the universe due to gravitational force ??? clear my confusion​

if moon did't attain velocity it will remain in its position because every action has a equal reaction so an another force centrifugal force balance gravitional force and it will remain in its position
