Hope that you are well. I am from Chandni chowk Kanour. In my area, yesterday while going to my school, I noticed hundreds of men and women queuing up  before the ration booth of my locality. On  inquiring I was told that they were waiting to  buy 5 kg of wheat flour on their ration cards, which they would sell at a very high price in open market.

Sir this is an extremely wrong practice, as the government is giving subsidy on this while they are not taking this in the wrong direction.
