a) ok so Radha was having a severe cold and she could not smell because when she has having a cold nose was partially blocked she can breath but we cannot smell because her nose was partially blocked and due to this there was no smell reaching to her nostrils and because of this we cannot taste also.

b)ok so it's answer is when you twist your rest then the bone are also twisted and that's why there is a very pain and when you slip then the whole body weight is on the wrist and our wrist is not able to support the body weight when suddenly give it so much weight

otherwise in yoga we give weight to our wrists but slowly
