radius of outter cylinder = 28+3=31 cm (R)
Height of cylinder = 182 cm
Volume = pi*(R^2-r^2)×h
= 22/7 (R+r)(R-r)×182
=22/7(31+28)(31-28)182
=22/7(59)(3)(182)
=22×157×26
=89804 cm^2
