That is bcoz when ice reaches 0 degree it starts to melt and from the melting point the temperature increases and thats what is shown by line which is rising up then the line which is parallel to x axis shows that the temperature remains constant when it reaches 100 degree
Bcoz the phase change occurs wher the liquid changes into gas
