R. Calculate the mass of sulfur dioxide
produced by burning 16 g of sulfur in
excess of oxygen in contact process.
(Average atomic mass : S = 32 U,
0= 16 u)

S + O2 ----------> So2

1 mole of sulphur produce 1 mole of So2 in presence of 1 mole of O2

so number of So2 produced = 16*64/32= 32 g of So2
