Dono hi equal doshi hain...because Rishwat lene waala bhi galat kaam kar raha hai aur rishwar dene waala bhi galat kaam kar raha hai...Rishwat dene waala complaint kar sakta but Wo uske dabaav mein aakr Rishwat de raha hai.
