The desired sentence is: Radha said to the teacher that he felt very happy to help his mother at home.

For the purpose to change from Indirect to Direct Speech, it is to be kept in mind that all the rules of the Direct Speech but in a reverse way.

Usage of the reporting verbs like, "say" or "said to" in its correct mode of tense.Removal of  the conjunctions like  "that, too, if or whether etc".
