She went to 3 temples and at each temples she offers half flowers from basket.

It means at each preceding temple the flower was double than now.

So at third temple she had:- 3 ×2
= 6 flowers

At second temple she has :- 6×2
= 12 flowers

And at first temple she has = 12 ×2
= 24 flowers.

Therefore she had 24 flowers.

Hope it helps.

After the she had 3 flowers. So before the third temple she had 3*2=6. Before the second temple she had6*2=12. So at the beginning she had 12*2=24 flowers.
