Radhika is the Managing Director of a small factory producing readymade clothes. The factory has 50 machines in which 8 machines were under repair. They recently got a contract for producing some articles. The factory requires 42 machines to produce a given number of articles in 63 days. But the deadline for completing the order is 54 days from the day on which the order is placed. (a)How many machines would be required to produce the same number of articles in 54 days? (b) In present conditions would Radhika be able to complete the order? (c)If all the eight machines which were under repair have started working properly, then how many days are required to complete the order?
