As we know that
→ Curved surface area of cylinder
→ 2πrh
→ 2 × 22/7 × 1.4 × 15
→ 132m²
Now, total surface area of cylinder
→ 2πr(r + h)
→ 2 × 22/7 × 1.4(1.4 + 15)
→ 2 × 22 × 0.2 × 16.4
→ 144.32m²
Hence,
- Curved surface area of Cylinder = 132m²
- Total surface area of Cylinder = 144.32m²
