a.) Impacts of Intensive Farming on Soil and Water Resources. Damage to Soil. ... Erosion affects productivity because it removes the surface soils, containing most of the organic matter, plant nutrients, and fine soil particles, which help to retain water and nutrients in the root zone where they are available to plants.

b.) In the long term run it will destroy the soil structure by killing the soil microorganisms which recycle the nutrients in the soil. Organic farming is an alternative praticse.

c.) Raghu shows his absence of awareness and concern about farming techniques .He should incorporate these values in himself..
