Solutions :-

Given :
Rahim bought 144 Bananas for Rs 120.
He spent Rs 12 as the transportation.
Total cost price of 144 Bananas = Rs (120 + 12) = Rs 132

He sold them at a loss of Rs 18.

Find the selling price of 144 Bananas :-

S.P = C.P - Loss
= Rs (132 - 18)
= Rs 114

Find the Selling price per dozen of the bananas :-

Selling price of 12 dozens bananas = Rs 114
Selling price of 1 Dozen bananas = Rs (114/12) = Rs 9.5

Hence,
Selling price per dozen of the bananas = Rs 9.50

Solutions :-

We have,
Cost of 144 Bananas or 12 Dozen bananas = Rs 120
Spent on its transportation = Rs 12
Total cost of 12 dozen bananas = Rs (120 + 12) = Rs 132

Selling Price of 12 Dozen bananas = C.P - Loss
= Rs (132 - 18)
= Rs 114

Selling price of 1 Dozen bananas = Rs (114/12) = 9.50
