Poet is talking about water Water is our life. Without water we can't survive and not only us all the mankind will be in danger. Now a days lots of water is wasted mostly in Bihar. They should conserve water as much as they can. We can take example of South Africa there are many people who have not even water to wash their faces. Their condition is not good.
