Rahul Dev is the Sports Captain of Kendriya Vidyalaya . The sports day is to be held on 21st Feb , which is 3 weeks away. He has to inform the captains that they have to submit the names of the participants to him in a week's time in not more than 50 words ,write the notice that Rahul has to put up on the student's notice board.

The sports day of our school will be held on 21th of february at our school play ground .
All captains of the team should submit the names of the participants to me within a week . We are nit accepting the names which are not giving at the correct time
