Solutions :-

Given :

Cost Price for Mohan = Rs 990
Profit for Rahul = 10%
Loss for Sohan = 10%

Let the cost price of watch be x

A/q

=> x (1 + 10%)(1 - 10%) = 990
=> x (1 + 0.1)(1 - 0.1) = 990
=> x × 1.1 × 0.9 = 990
=> 0.99x = 990
=> x = 990/0.99 = 1000

Hence,
The price paid by Rahul is Rs 1000

✔️ Given :

C. P for mohan = 990 ₹
Profit for rahul = 10%
Loss for sohan = 10%

Let C. P of watch be x

ATQ

=> x(1 + 10)(1-10)=990
=> x (1 + 0.1)(1 - 0.1)= 990
=> x × 1.1 × 0.9 = 990
=> x = 1000

Therefore, price paid by rahul is 1000
