The relative velocity of the rain with respect to the wind then its velocity will be

Vof rain - V of wind.

So, the velocity of rain with respect to wind will be:-

√(Vrain^2 + Vwind^2 - 2Vr*Vw*cosx).

Since, the angle x is 90 so we will get that

✓{(25✓3)^2 + (25)^2}.

Or which is ✓2500 which will be the velocity of 50m/s which will be the relative velocity.
