Due to different climate conditions in different parts of india.

Like in rajasthan climate is hot and dry therefore rainfall is low but in kerala climate is moderate and wet therefore rainfall is high.

I agree with the statement that rainfall is not the same in each state of India.

● India has a varied climate in different states as they are present in different zones.

● For example states like Rajasthan are too hot as they are present near to equator and hence receives less rainfall.

● Places like Delhi are having extreme climatic conditions where the rainfall is unpredictable.

● In states like Kerala as they are nearer to Ocean have moderate climate and a bit wet climatic conditions, hence they receive good amount of rainfall.
