Heya!

Raju buy 10 pens for ₹150

Raju buy 1 pens for = 150/10 = ₹15

manish buy 7 pens for ₹84

manish buy 1 pens for = 84/7 = ₹12

So, MANISH gotta cheaper pens!

 \huge{solution}
first of all

the two statements are :

1) \bold{raj \: purchase } \underline{10 } \bold{\: pens \: for \: 150 \: rupees}
2) \bold{manish \: purchase} \underline{7 \: pens}  \bold{for \: 84 \: rupees}
then

we have to find the cheapest value

so let's just divide to get one pen value

 150 \div 10 = 15  \to value \: of \: one \: pen \: that \: raj \: buy
84 \div 7 = 12  \to \: the \: value \: of \: one \: pen \: that \: manish \: buy
no we got the value of one pen

so let's compare both

15 \: and \: 12    \\  \huge{15} >  \bold{12}
but now we have to find cheaper value

so
 \red{cheaper \: means \: less \: according \: to   \:me}
then

the \: lower \: number \: is \: 12  \to \: 12 \: is \: the \: answer
so the final answer is :

manish \: has \: cheaper \: value \: by \: 3 \: rupees  as \: he \: have \: 12 \: than \: raj
