Razia sultana was the first female ruler of an Islamic State in the world. Almost eight hundred years later Benazir bhutto become the second to rule an Islamic State, Pakistan. Razia is considered to be the most competent of all the successors of Iltutmish. she failed because her greatest weakness was the fact that she was a woman.
