When you hold something then the force of fiction will work on the object and you.

However, since Rajesh has oily hands with which he held the glass then it will slip right out of his hand because the oil is a lubricant material that reduces the rate of friction between the glass and hands.

Answer:

Rajesh tries to hold a glass with oily hand but it slips from his hand because oil creates slippery.  Oil creates slippery because oil molecules tend to move one place to another, which unable us to hold anything. Oil is a lubricant which creates less friction between the hand and a glass. Holding a glass without oil is much easier.
