Raju had 12 black and 15 white socks in a drawer . how many socks must he bring out yo be sure of getting a pair of the same color?​

Three socks.

She gets one sock, she doesn’t have a pair.

She gets a second sock. Either she has a pair, or she now has a black and a white sock.

She gets a third sock. It’s either black or white.

Either she already had a pair, in which case it doesn’t matter whether this third sock matches the first two or not, or else she didn’t already have a pair, in which case this third sock must match one of the other two, either way, at three socks she now must have a pair.

It does not matter that she has twelve of each color, as long as she has at least two of each color, she gets a match. A hundred of each, ten thousand of each, doesn’t matter. Doesn’t matter that the number of cocks of each color are the same. Ten million white socks, three black socks? Same logic applies. Three socks remains the answer.
