He runs twice so the the perimeter is

Perimeter of the rectangular park around which Ajay runs

=2 (l+b)

=2 (60+40) m

=2 (100)m

=200m


Ajay runs thrice the rectangular field so the perimeter is

(3×200)m

=600m

Perimeter of rectangle >Perimeter of square
(600m >280m)

so Ajay covers more distance.
