Tony's marble=40-4$x$+5

$x$ = 40-4$x$+5

$x$+4$x$= 40+5

5$x$= 45

$x$=45/5

$x$= 9

so Tony have 9 marbles

raju's marble =9×4+5

=36+5

=41
