Pure vishva me raktdaan ko bohot mehatva dene lage hai. Raktdaan se kahi zindigiya bach sakti hai. isliye raktdaan ko adhik mehetva diya jata hai or ise mahadan kaha jata hai.

Yadi koi vyakti raktdaan kare to 1 hi din me uski rakt ki kami durr ho sakti hai. iska mtlb ye hai ki raktdaan se Judi sabhi mithya jhooti hai.

vyakti ko apne jeevan me kam se kam 1 baar raktdaan mahadan karna chaiye
