Given sentence

Ram is waiting for Shyam. .

Given sentence is present continuous active tense.

Its rule is

Sub + is/am/are + verb ing + obj.

Its passive form becomes

Obj + is/are + being + verb 3rd + by + sub

Here,

sub = Ram

Verb = wait

=> verb 3rd = waited.

Obj = Shyam.

So passive form is :-

Shyam is being waited by Ram.
