Solution:

Speed of Raman = 140 m / min

1 minute = 60 seconds

So, Speed of Raman in m/sec = $\frac{140}{60}=2.33 m/sec$

Speed of Sunil = 10 km/hr  

1 km = 1000 m  

1 hr = 3600 seconds  

So, Speed of Sunil in m/sec =$10 \times \frac{1000}{3600}=2.77 m/sec$

Speed of Sunil is more than Speed of Raman

So, Raman runs faster
