x+y=5 and x-y=7 ;then x=?

Hey mate!

Here is your answer > >

x+y=5....... (1)

x-y=7.......... (2)

Adding ( 1 ) & ( 2 )

x+y+x-y=5+7

2x=12

x=12/2

x=6
