Raman was working as a permanent worker in a shoe making factory. the factory closed due to competition and he lost his job . he got hired by a company (on almost half of of his previous salary) which hired workers flexibly for shorter period on a temporary basis ? what would be impact on Raman and his fellow workers? what would they lose?

They lose their previous wages which was greater than the current wages and their jobs are not permanent also...
