CP of book bought by Ramesh=Rs.300

SP of book sold by Ramesh =Rs.360

Since SP>CP

Profit=SP-CP

=Rs.360-Rs.300

=Rs.60

Profit percentage=Profit/CP x 100

=60/300 x 100

=20 percentage

CP of book bought by Krishna=Rs.500

SP of book sold by Krishna=Rs.590

Since SP>CP

Profit=SP-CP

=Rs.590-Rs.500

=Rs.90

Profit percentage=Profit/CP x 100

=90/500 x 100

=18 percentage

Hence according to the percentage Ramesh made more profit than Krishna by 2 percentage.

Reason:Profit percentage of Book sold by Ramesh is > than Profit percentage of book sold by Krishna.
