1/4 property to his sons
remaining 3/4
1/3 of it to orphanage
so (1/3)*(3/4)=1/4
(1/4)*x=20000
x=80000-total property
2 sons got 10,000 each
Sunita got 60000
she has 40000 left after donation

He give his 2 son=
 \frac{1}{4}
So the remaining give to sunita=
 \frac{3}{4}
Sunita give =
 \frac{1}{3}
To orphantage =20,000
if we change the fraction into percent so
 \frac{3}{4} \times 100 =
75%

 \frac{1}{3}
Of 75% is =25%
25% =20,000
so 100% =
 \frac{20000 \times 100}{25}
So the 100% =80,000
so the sons get
 \frac{1}{4}  \times 80000
=20,000
One son get
20,000÷2=10,000
the remaining get sunita
80,000-20,000=
60,000 answer
