Ramesh measured the time gap between lightning and thunder and found that it was 3 second and the speed of the sound in air is 332m/s . assuming light covers the distane instantly. what is the distance of the distance of the clouds from ramesh?

time taken= 3s

so,
x= vt
=332 x 3
=996m
