ramesh needs 1/3 of an hour to paint a table and 1/4 of an hour to paint a chair.how much time will he need to paint 3 tables and 4 chairs?​

If he paint x table in 20 mins

Let the chair be y. So 4 chair be 4y

Then time needs in y chair:

1/4 of 1 hour =15 mins

If he paint y chair in 15 min

He needs to pain 4y=4*15=60 mins i.e. 1hour

CONCLUSION :-

Total time needs to paint 4 chairs and 3 tables is

4y+3x

or 60mins +60mins =180 minutes

or 1 hours+1hour=2 hour.

Answer :-

Ramesh takes 2 hours or 180 minutes to paint 3 tables and 4 chairs
