answer-

let the ratio of first wealth be represented in the terms of x

share of A = 4x

share of B = 3x

share of C = 2x

share of D = x

let the ratio of the second wealth be represented in terms of 2x because the second wealth is twice the first wealth

share of A = 5*2x = 10x

share of B = 6*2x = 12x

share of C = 7*2x = 14x

share of D = 8*2x = 16x

total shares of all four of them -

total share of A = 4x+10x = 14x

total share of B = 3x+ 12x = 15x

total share of C = 2x+14x = 16x

total share of D = x+16x = 17x

so, D gets the highest share of money [ 17x ]

hope it helps

have a nice day
